tram  트램. BRITISH a long narrow vehicle that travels along metal tracks in the middle of a street and is used as public transport in some places

 

 

1971.  Parliament st and Gerrard.

 

 

 

I tripped on one of the street car tracks at this corner in late May 1973 while I was 8 months pregnant. Scared myself & now it’s a memory that flashes back whenever I see this corner

Caroline Pepler Northfield My Mother lived on Ontario st late 30,s 40,s my Grandmother was offered the 3 story house they had for $3000 but during those times that was a lot of money ,If she had by the time she sold say 70,s she could have had a nice retirement.
