Add your name to tell Department of Labor: We won't let you take workers' tips

Don't let Trump and the National Restaurant Association steal workers' tips! Click "start writing" to the right to send a public comment to the Department of Labor demanding they halt this rule NOW.

The Trump Department of Labor, backed by the National Restaurant Association, is moving quickly to push a new rule that will make tips the property of employers rather than workers. We can't let them get away with this #TipTheft.

Tipped restaurant workers already experience disproportionate rates of poverty, discrimination, and sexual harassment. This regulation would make these workers even more vulnerable.

Time is running out -- they want to sneak this rule through without hearing from workers, customers, or even employers who disagree. We only have until February 5, 2018 to let the DOL know we won’t let them take workers’ tips without a fight.

So please submit your public comment NOW by clicking "start writing."
