1. 우연히 구글에서 검색해보니, GSGG 약자. 미국 조지아 주 정부 별칭임. (G는 고퍼 거북이를 지칭). 그냥 재미있어서.
고퍼 거북이는 1989년에 미국 조지아 주의 '파충류'로 지정됨.
고퍼 거북. 미국 남동부에 서식. 조지아 주에 서식하는 가장 오래된 종들 중에 하나임. 6천만년 전부터 북아메리카에서 살아가는 육지 거북이에 속함.
고퍼 거북이가 파 놓은 굴에 최소 360여 다른 동물들이 살아간다고 함.

2. 교훈. 정치가는 자기 발언을 단순하게 하되, 위트와 유머를 잘 가다듬어서 대중들과 소통 수준을 높여야 한다.
애매한 뜻으로 상대방을 욕하는 행태를 보여서는 안된다는 평범한 교훈.

한국 민주당 김승원 의원이, '언론중재법' 통과가 되지 않자, 국회의장 박병석을 비난하면서 쓴 페이스북 글.
김 의원은 이날 새벽 페이스북에 “오늘 실패했다. 국민의 열망을 담지 못했다. 죄송하다”고 썼다. 이어 “눈물이 흐리고 입안이 헐었다. 도대체 뭘 더 양보해야 가짜뉴스 피해구제법을 제대로 통과시킬 수 있는지. 모든 직을 걸고 꼭 제대로 더 쎄게 통과시키겠다”고 했다. 그러면서 여야 회동을 주재한 박병석 국회의장을 향해 “박병석, 정말 감사하다. 역사에 남을 거다. GSGG”라고 썼다.
김 의원은 ‘GSGG’에 대해 별 다른 설명을 하지 않았고, 네티즌들 사이에서는 욕설의 영문 이니셜 아니냐는 말이 나왔다. 이에 김 의원은 “정치권은 국민의 일반의지에 서브해야한다는 뜻을 적은 것”이라며 “Government serve general G”라고 했다.
그는 이후 페이스북 글에서 ‘GSGG’를 삭제했고, 박 의장에 대한 호칭도 ‘의장님’으로 수정했다.
