고타 강령. 독일어 원문과 영어 번역. 영어 번역에 오역.
마르크스가 고타 강령을 문단별로 비판해서 주석을 달아놓은 문서가 '고타 강령 비판 Kritik des Gothaer Programms)이다.
그런데 우선 고타 강령 원문을 알아볼 필요가 있다.
인터넷에 있는 영어 번역에 약간 틀린 것 같아 다시 번역하다.
Die Befreiung der Arbeit erfordert die Verwandlung der Arbeitsmittel in Gemeingut der Gesellschaft und die genossenschaftliche Regelung der Gesamtarbeit mit gemeinnütziger Verwendung und gerechter Verteilung des Arbeitsertrages.
직역: 노동해방을 위해서는 첫번째는 노동수단을 사회 공동소유로 전환이 필요하고, 두번째는

(해석) 노동 해방의 두 가지 조건들이 있다. 첫번째는 노동수단을 (지주나 자본가계급의 소유가 아니라) 사회의 공동소유로 전환시켜야 한다. 두번째는 노동 생산물을 전체 인민 (공공)의 혜택을 위해서 사용하고, 구성원들에게 정의롭게 분배함을 목표로 하는, 전 사회 노동의 협동적 통제가 필요하다.
사회 전체 노동의 협동적 통제란 무엇인가? 통제 목표는 노동생산물을 전 공동체의 혜택을 위해서 사용하고, 노동생산물의 정의로운 분배를 위한 것이다. (mit 을 해석할 때, 수단의 의미보다는 이 두 가지를 포함하는 '협동적 통제'라고 난 번역했다. '협동적 통제'의 특질이 무엇인가? 그 내용이 노동생산물을 전체 인민의 행복을 위해서 사용하는 것이고, 사회 안에서 정의로운 분배를 실천하는 것이다)
영역을 하면,

아래 인터넷에 나온 한 영역본이다. 독일어 원문과 차이가 있는데, mit gemeinnütziger Verwendung und gerechter Verteilung des Arbeitsertrages. 이 부분을 영어로 바꾸면 (with the use of the product of labor for public benefit and itsjust distribution이 더 문법적으로 정확하다. )
아래 영어 번역에서는 and its application (use)으로 나와있는데, 독일어 원문을 제대로 살리지 못했다. mit 는 3격을 필요로 하는 부사어이다. Arbeitsertrage 노동생산물의 gemeinnütziger Verwendung 공동체 혜택를 위한 사용, gerechter Verteilung des Arbeitsertrages 노동생산물의 정의로운 분배, 이 두 가지를 필수 요소로 가지고 있는 '협력적 통제'가 필요하다.
