Back in the mid 70's when the CN Tower was being built, where I worked we could see it developing. I worked at OPP GHQ at 90 Harbour St. Toronto. One day in 1976, 2 friends were out for a jaunt in a plane owned by the pilot, Ken and the passenger, Pete, took this picture. Pete was a trucker who's hobby was photography. He gave me this picture and a few years after this picture was taken, Pete suddenly passed away in his late 30's.
