At one time Grey Coach had the exclusive right to run city tours in Toronto. US based bus companies could bring passengers into Toronto, but they couldn't do city tours. One nice summer day two busses from New Jersey had their plates pulled by Toronto Police in High Park, based on a city bylaw . Word soon got around in the US bus tour business. JimB.
